Benchmark case: In the course of "Nanomaterial Characterization Technology", the "Surface Microstructure of Materials" experimental module was designed based on ST1000, and students intuitively understood the morphological characteristics of atoms through atomic-level imaging. At the same time, based on the structural principle of ST1000, a graduate thesis "Design and Development of Atmospheric Environment Scanning Tunneling Microscope" was published.
