Benchmark case: In the course of "Nanomaterial Characterization Technology", the "Surface Microstructure of Materials" experimental module was designed based on ST1000, and students intuitively understood the morphological characteristics of atoms through atomic-level imaging. At the same time, based on the structural principle of ST1000, a graduate thesis "Design and Development of Atmospheric Environment Scanning Tunneling Microscope" was published.

Through cooperation with 985 and 211 universities such as Tsinghua University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Shenzhen University, based on the concept of "import substitution is not the end, technological transcendence is the original intention", we listen to the feedback reports from the universities, carry out iterative updates and continuous optimization to make the product performance meet the international standards.

Trial results: Recently, based on the trial experience, Shanghai Jiaotong University and University of Science and Technology of China plan to purchase ST1000 for undergraduate and graduate teaching courses.
15th International Conference on Atomic Scale Surfaces, Interfaces and Nanostructures

The 15th International Conference on Atomic Scale Surfaces, Interfaces and Nanostructures (ACSIN-15) will be held in Suzhou, China from May 10 to 13, 2024. The International Conference on Atomic Scale Surfaces, Interfaces and Nanostructures (ACSIN) is a series of international conferences held every two years. It was first held in Tokyo in 1991. Over the past 33 years, ACSIN has been successfully held in Japan, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Russia and France. In 2023, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province was finally selected as the host city for the 15th ACSIN. Researchers from all over the world will disseminate the latest advances in science and technology. The conference will be co-organized by Beihang University, Shanghai University of Technology, Monash Suzhou Campus/Monash Suzhou Institute of Science and Technology.
